Still life isn't something that I do very often. So here are a couple of images that I've taken over the years. The photo of the boots on the beach has alot of emotion for me. I was driving semi, and I pulled into town late in the afternoon after several days on the road to find that my family was at the beach. So I parked, took off my boots and joined the fun. The images of the hourglass I took for my wife on our anniversary. We've had some hard years but I wanted to show my endless love for her so I put my wedding ring on the bible which is the mortar that holds our union together. and caught the heart shaped shadow. The to continue with the theme I put my grandfathers watch in the scene to capture the timeless love of God. His word and His love for us are the same yesterday today and tomorrow.
