  1. Does the site's home page validate?

The home page did not validate.

  2. Find any other page on the site. Does the second page validate?

Nope the second page The form input element   didn't validate either.

  3. Document how many validation errors and/or warnings exist on each of the two pages you validate.
    1. The home page had 5 errors, 6 warnings, and 21 info's.
    2. The second page had 1 error, and 31 info's
  4. How would you rate the site's design, on a scale of 1(horrible) to 10 (fantastic)? Why?

I would rate it an 6. Upon arriving on the home page there's really no indication what or where to go. There are links that if you start clicking you can figure it out after a couple clicks though.

  5. How would you rate the site's usability on a scale of 1 (horrible) to 10 (fantastic)? Why?

I'd give the site a 5 for usability. Once you figure out what's there, it has a lot of information and resources available. The problem is figuring out what's there.

  6. Does the site meet its purpose?

I would say that it meets it's purpose. Just not intuitively.
